What every changeover includes
Every changeover — on a plan or pay-as-you-go — leaves the property guest-ready: bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and bedrooms cleaned to a documented standard, beds remade to a hotel finish, and the place reset and staged for the next arrival.
The clean

Linen & beds
- Beds stripped and remade with fresh linen to a hotel standard (linen provided by the host)

Restock & presentation
- Guest consumables restocked — toilet roll, hand soap, dish soap, etc. (supplied by the host)
- Property reset and staged to a tidy, photo-ready state
Damage check
- A quick check for damage or missing items
- Photographed and reported to the host

Yes — it's a rolling monthly plan. Just give us notice to change, pause or stop it (see our Terms & Conditions for the notice period).
We coordinate around your booking calendar and handle same-day turnarounds wherever possible. Tight check-out to check-in windows depend on availability and location, so the more notice you give us, the better we can plan. Share your typical schedule and we'll tell you honestly what we can commit to.
We'll flag it to you with a message and photo before proceeding. If extra time is needed beyond the standard changeover scope, we'll agree the cost with you first — no surprises.
Yes, by arrangement. If you let us know what consumables you keep on-site — toilet roll, soap, hand wash and similar — we can restock them between guests. This is especially useful for hosts who don't live locally and can't manage it themselves.
