How your membership starts
Every ClearLine membership begins with an initial deep clean. We bring your home up to standard first, then keep it there — so the first visit is always a full reset, and everything after simply maintains it.
Standing: the initial deep clean is a one-time charge at the start.
Signature and Concierge: the initial deep clean is included.
Your plan then runs monthly, with no long contract — 30 days’ notice is all we ask if anything changes.
Larger homes and homes over several floors are confirmed with a short walkthrough before the first visit.

The Standing Plan

Monthly clean
Monthly upkeep with the full Membership Standard Clean checklist every visit. Starts with a one-off initial deep clean so your plan begins from a genuinely clean home.
Everything in Standing, plus fortnightly visits, two deep cleans a year, interior windows once a year, oven once a year, one specialist treatment a year, and priority booking.
Everything in Signature, plus weekly visits, four deep cleans a year, the full specialist rotation (carpets, upholstery, mattresses, oven, fridge, windows), a dedicated coordinator, top priority with no evening/weekend surcharge, and eco products included.
Homes with additional rooms — a study, a den, a second living space, a conservatory — are confirmed at your consultation. The prices above are a starting point by bedroom and bathroom; your exact rate is set once we’ve seen your home.

Membership visits use the Membership Standard Clean checklist below. One-off and regular book-as-you-go cleans use the Pay-As-You-Go Standard Clean on the regular cleaning page — a clear maintenance clean without the membership extras built into your plan.
Kitchen — worktops and surfaces, hob, sink and taps, exterior of units and appliances, splashbacks, floors, bins.
Bathrooms & WCs — bath, shower, basin and toilet sanitised; tiles and limescale attended to; mirrors, fittings and floors.
Bedrooms — surfaces dusted, mirrors, floors vacuumed and mopped, beds tidied or made to your preference.
Living & dining — surfaces, dusting, upholstery vacuumed, floors, general tidy.
Throughout — skirtings, switches, handles, doors, accessible glass, cobwebs, stairs, and the corners that usually get missed.
Inside appliances (oven, fridge, microwave as agreed), interior windows, behind and beneath furniture where reachable, detailed descaling and limescale removal, inside cupboards as agreed, and the built-up grime a regular clean doesn’t reach.

A short consultation is part of every plan. Because membership is ongoing, the consultation — in person or by video — is how we learn your home, agree what it needs to start, and keep the standard repeatable. One-off cleans don’t need one; a plan does.

Membership on your terms
Rolling membership
No minimum term. Stay month to month, and pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice. The freedom to leave is part of the point — we’d rather earn your stay.
Annual membership
Prefer the certainty? Commit for the year and we hold your rate for 12 months. A choice, never a requirement.
Either way you’ll have a clear membership agreement setting out what’s included, the standard we hold, and how to change or pause your plan.
Eco-friendly cleaning
Prefer plant-based, low-toxicity products throughout your home? Add eco-friendly cleaning to Standing or Signature as a small supplement per clean. Concierge includes eco products — entirely optional on the lower tiers, never a default you did not choose.
Membership is rolling, with no minimum term — pause or cancel with 30 days’ notice. If you’d prefer the certainty, an optional annual plan holds your rate for the year. Either way, you’ll have a simple agreement setting out what’s included.
Standing is monthly, Signature is fortnightly, and Concierge is weekly. Signature and Concierge add deeper seasonal and specialist care.
