Where end of tenancy and move-in / move-out differ
End of tenancy cleans are carried out to the standard a landlord, agent or inventory clerk will check against, and carry our re-clean guarantee if a specific issue is raised at check-out.
Move-in and move-out cleans for owners cover the same rooms and the same scope, but are not tied to an inventory or a deposit inspection, so the re-clean guarantee wording does not apply in the same way.
